Our Roots

StarTribe Alliance began in 2015 with a simple yet ambitious vision: to gather a small circle of people committed to creating a land-based community rooted in Earth stewardship, shared values, and regenerative living. What started as an original founding circle of thirteen individuals has grown into more than a decade of intentional co-creation, learning, and relationship-building.

Throughout the years, our founding members have remained at the heart of this journey—a testament to the trust, dedication, and shared purpose that continue to guide our work. Together, we have explored what it means to build community from the ground up, developing practical systems for collaboration, governance, education, and stewardship while cultivating a growing regen network locally, regionally, and beyond.

Along the way, we have hosted gatherings, workshops, and community events that bring people together to learn, create, and practice regenerative ways of living. These experiences have helped shape many of the frameworks that define StarTribe Alliance today, including our community systems, the 13 Guilds model,  and our vision for interconnected land nodes and regenerative communities.

What you see today is not simply an idea—it is the result of years of lived experience, experimentation, and collective wisdom. StarTribe Alliance continues to evolve as a living network of people, projects, and places dedicated to caring for the Earth, strengthening community, and creating practical models that future generations can build upon.
